Shipping Carrier: We ship our products using Priority Shipping from USPS. This allows us to provide fast and reliable delivery of your orders.

Shipping Time: We understand that getting your order quickly is important to you, and we strive to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. After your order has been shipped, you can expect to receive it within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Time: Cactus Creek Coffee® offers a flat rate shipping fee for all orders based on the weight and size of the packaging per USPS Priority Flat Rate Packaging.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your package. You will receive an email notification with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Issues: If your order is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately so that we can initiate a claim with USPS. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
