Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a sealed condition. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team for an RMA number. Failure to have an RMA number, and a credit cannot be issued.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the shipping receipt for your records.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will gladly replace the item or provide a refund, including any associated shipping costs.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on coffee beans once they have been opened. Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
